Being a publisher for an online magazine means I am constantly on my laptop. My online desktop is my office and it’s important to have it in tip-top shape to run business smoothly. Unfortunately a few weeks ago there was an incident with my laptop resulting in a damaged screen. Cracking an iPhone or laptop screen can be the most frustrating feeling because they are so entwined into our daily lifestyle.
Having dealt with an accident like this once before I automatically knew where to turn—Mission Repair! Mission Repair is the number one repair site with six years running, servicing repairs throughout the country. They are highly known as an award-winning next-day Laptop, iPad, iPod, iPhone and Smart Phone Repair Service with experts that provide excellent work.
I contacted Mission Repair Owner and President, Ryan Arter with my inquiry and he explained that fixing my Acer laptop screen was easily do-able and quickly set up my service order. I appreciate quick and honest feedback from service technicians so Ryan was great to work with.
The first aspect of my service order included my choice of having Mission Repair sending me a safe shipping kit to allow me to send my laptop securely. The kit featured: 1 FedEx Large Box, 1 Prepaid Postage, 1 Packaging Slip and 2 Foam Safeguards.
When I received my kit on a Friday, I sent my laptop to Mission Repair the same day without any hassle and was notified the following Monday it was ready to be shipped back. I received my laptop the following day and ecstatically unboxed it; the screen looking as good as new and in great condition!
I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Mission Repair and am proud to be a returning customer. Hopefully this won’t happen again but if it does I immediately know where to turn. Mission Repair will always be my first choice when it comes to service repairs with quick, efficient and top-notch work!
|Meet the Owner and President of Mission Repair, Ryan Arter! Ryan has been working in the service and repair industry since 1994, where he began his career working for a monitor and floppy drive repair shop.
That led him to repairing Apple 13″ RGB Monitors and Apple AI (auto-inject) and Apple MI (manual-inject) floppy disk drives as an Apple Program Manager. . .and he worked with technicians to repair THOUSANDS of items. This experience let him expand into the Apple market in which he is proud to be a part of today.
After several years of learning and planning, and with a gutsy move out to the middle of the country in Kansas City, he loves sharing and growing his knowledge in the field. After working on iPods, then iPhones and with his thorough knowledge of Macintosh Portables (he is an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician) he started Mission:Repair with one goal in mind. To service customers in the most professional and “service oriented” way that he knew how. The staff at Mission Repair just treats customers as Ryan wants to be treated. That’s the magic potion!
