Being a publisher for an online magazine means I am constantly on my laptop. My online desktop is my office and it’s important to have it in tip-top shape to run business smoothly. Unfortunately a few weeks ago there was an incident with my laptop resulting in a damaged screen. When I received my kit on a Friday, I sent my laptop to Mission Repair the same day without any hassle and was notified the following Monday it was ready to be shipped back. I received my laptop the following day and ecstatically unboxed it; the screen looking as good as new and in great condition!
I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Mission Repair and am proud to be a returning customer. Hopefully this won’t happen again but if it does I immediately know where to turn.
