Nepal born Actor/Filmmaker Jaswant Dev Shrestha’s has won 7 more prestigious Award from 3 projects at THE INDIFEST. His film “Mustang Secrets beyond the Himalayas” grabbed 5 awards which included Best Feature Documentary, Best Director, Best Cinematography (by Biswant Dev Shrestha), On Camera Talent and Voice over talent. The story is about a traveler who sets on a journey into the remote mountains of Nepal, to explore Annapurna Region; and learns about the incredibly unique culture, festivals and spiritual traditions of the locals. http://imdb.to/1HVfLRW

The Treason won him Leading Actor and Arla Umbreall Dance TV Commercial gave him Best Director award.

He is also the first Nepali actor to become a member of the Screen Actors Guild. Mr. Shrestha says, he is busy counting his award these days and feels very blessed.
