Purplehed Release Music Video – Burn Like The Sun

It’s official. Purplehed has debuted his latest music video for his track titled Burn Like The Sun. The video pays homage to the late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, who was the 11th President of India from 2002 to 2007. Kalam’s success includes his work on the development of India’s ballistic missile and launch vehicle technology, along with his pivotal organizational, technical, and political role in India’s Pokhran-II nuclear tests.

Inspirational, motivational, and upbeat, the pop song by Purplehed starts off with voice audio of Kalam – “If you have to be great, then the nation has to become great. We have to think big.” Purplehed is then seen wearing headphones and pressing play to a track – Burn Like The Sun begins to play.

The concept of the music video surrounds the idea of breaking chains or breaking free from struggles. To represent this, there is a man and woman seen being held down by multiple chains to create limits and barriers people face in their everyday lives. As Purplehed is seen jogging through the city, he sees visions the journey of the man and woman breaking chains that have held them down.

This powerful journey is geared by education and karma. The two beliefs create hope and empowerment for people to live out their destinies. As the man and woman break their chains they are liberated by this empowerment; at the same time chains are seen broken off of other people in the city to represent freedom for all.

Burn Like The Sun is a song that lifts up the mind, body, and soul. It is a song that makes the world a better place when nothing else does.
